In addition to its rustic charm, Casa Bacciana offers all modern amenities, including a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, Belfast white ceramic sink, plenty of work surface and storage space, a  large fridge-freezer, a tall red ceramic wood-burning stove, which can also be used as an oven for baking and roasting, and an antique farmhouse-style pine table that seats 10 comfortably. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room/pantry with sink, automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, shelves for food storage, and a further small fridge.

The kitchen opens through double doors immediately onto a terrace which provides a shady area for al fresco dining, with wrought iron garden table and chairs. The terrace is bordered by flower beds of rosemary, sage, lavender and oleander. A further small terrace adjacent to this is an idyllic spot to enjoy the wonderful views across fields and hills to Monte Acuto.
